Under the supervision of the Production Manager and as part of the Continuous Improvement team, the Methods Agent plays a key role within the organization in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring quality.

Reporting to the Purchasing Director, the Purchasing Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the supply chain. This person will supervise a small team and ensure the performance of the purchasing department in line with the company's business objectives. They will work closely with the production, engineering, and quality teams, while ensuring a high level of service and efficiency.

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources and in close collaboration with the Senior Payroll Specialist, the Payroll Technician actively participates in payroll processing and benefits administration for employees in Canada and the United States. This position plays a key operational support role in entering, verifying, and coordinating payroll-related data, while ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Under the supervision of the project manager and in close collaboration with the project team, the incumbent actively contributes to the preparation of bids for various clients. This role provides key operational support in gathering, verifying, and coordinating the necessary information, while ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of the documents submitted.

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing control panels, drafting plans and specifications, and developing automation solutions for new equipment using a wide range of programming software and tools: PLCs, human-machine interfaces (HMIs) and SCADA, networks, databases, vision systems, machine safety systems, motion control systems, etc. Combined with your mechanical skills, you will be a key member of our engineering team.
