All orders are shipped from CSF International headquarters, with freight charges, taxes, duties and customs fees prepaid and added to the invoice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
Our payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.

Warranties and guarantees
As an aftermarket specialist, CSF stands behind each product sold. If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service department for a return authorization, and we will replace the product at no cost to you. We cannot be responsible for product misuse or misapplication.
Issues should be rectified within thirty (30) days of initial notification of a defective product to our customer representative.
CSF puts customers first, and we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you need to make a return, simply call our customer representative and they will gladly help you. Please note the following:
- If your invoice has already been paid, we will issue a credit for future orders.
- If your invoice has not yet been paid, we will simply cancel it.
- Returns can be accepted only after authorization by customer service.
- All returned products must be fit for resale and suitably packed.
- You are responsible for return shipping and for indemnifying CSF for any loss, if applicable.
